You’ll be supporting our team of expert Partner Success Managers and developing your skills in marketing, copywriting, content creation, social media, and account management. This role is perfect for a recent graduate with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for client success and marketing.

As a Client Success Intern, some of the things you’ll do will include:

Support our Partner Success Managers in managing end-to-end campaigns for our clients containing, but not limited to, the following services:
Email campaigns – creating targeted email sends to help our employers share their message with our members  
Social media campaigns – designing bespoke posts and paid advertising, using Canva and Facebook Ads
Content creation – producing high quality long and short form site content
Newsletters – taking the lead on newsletter production reaching 100k+ members
Interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrate the success of campaigns using our proprietary data analysis tools to encourage client retention and upsell
Have regular face to face opportunities with clients, either by being involved in our portfolio of partner events or attending meetings with clients
Keep our website up to date with the latest opportunities and employer content for Bright Network members to engage with

We are LightSketch, an Imperial Enterprise Lab AI image generation startup founded in 2022. Over the next six weeks (from mid-February 2024) we're looking to take on an enthusiastic and capable developer for an exciting paid opportunity. 

This project will be leveraging recent developments AI image generation to build an internal creativity tool for a LightSketch client, one of the leading architecture firms in the world. This is a first-of-its-kind tool that will be used by designers across the firm with considerable potential for large impact.

What we are looking for:

- React and Tailwind CSS experience (required)
- Next.JS experience (preferred)
- Ability to closely follow premade design (e.g. Figma)
- Ability to work independently

Dan Thomas, a Quantity Surveyor in the UK construction industry, currently studying an MSc in Quantity Surveying at UCEM, is looking to develop a software application to automate the design of housing development layouts.

The Times Final Year Student Survey team are looking for students to work as Interviewers on our upcoming project. The role requires you to find 25 final year students at King's College London and carry out a short face to face interview about their graduate job hunt.

Leading graduate employers – including Allen & Overy, the Civil Service, PwC and Bank of America – are all invested in the results of this survey, and use it to inform their future graduate recruitment campaigns. This is your chance to have your voice heard!

*All tasks will be fully completed by March 2024 – therefore final year exams will not be disrupted.

Interviewer Role Details:
• Completed in early February 2024 for a 10 day period
• Attend a short on-campus training session to learn Survey methodology
• Find 25 final year students studying at King's College London and carry out a short interview (15-20 mins)
• Report your progress to your University Manager

Successful candidates will:
• Possess a wide network of contacts within their department, societies and/or student networks
• Work independently, delivering the task at hand on time and to a high standard
• Plan and organise effectively alongside their studies, working to a short deadline
• Be outgoing and confident with strong communication skills
